A politioai meeting in the interest of
the Liberal party was held in the Boll
last Saturday evening. Jonathan Moore
was chairman and Arch. Hislop, the
Liberal candidate, addressed the meeting
for an hour and a half. He dwelt en tbe

Ontario and also endeavored to impress

on his return two yeare later married
Miee Bridget Weed, of Taakeremith, who
eurvivee him. They made their borne
et Egmondville for three yeare and then
Mr. MoKinoon went to California, Re
turning he engaged in farming in Ma.
Killop townehip for 13 yeare before
moving to Grey township where he has
been a well known resident. for the past
18 years. He is eurvived by two sone
(Inc at Sault Ste,' Marie, Ont., and
Donald, at borne) and two daughters
(Mies Winnie, of Buffalo, and Mies

and humor, interspersed with good

power to add to the enjoyment of the

of the program T. S. Brandon, in a
neat speech, moved a vote of Menke to
Mr. and Mre. retainer for their kindness.
