SUDDEN Deana —The sudden death of
Samuel Walker, an old and well known
resident of this locality for many years,

affairs. He was blessed with good health,

Some 14 years ago Mr. Walker left the
farm and moved to Brunets where be

deceased. Mr. Walker wore his age well

Brussels to Manchester

Leaving Brussels by the morning train,
arrived in Toronto en route for New
York, The journey along the Hudson
river was uncommonly interesting, it
gave me the moat bewildering euooeesfon
of romantic objects that I ooald ever have
connived. I watched the mo;tnifloent
scenery which to me wag quite new,
beautiful and impreeeive. I never can
forget this naeoery and it it bad any
endearing saeooiatione I should regret
very keenly that I menet renew often the
enjoyment of its beauties. There is a

along its banks which does not permit

During our short stay in New York we
