11. S. Surgeon -General Submits Start-
ling Report to Congress.
A "Beport on milk in its relation to
public health," was submitted to Sec-
retary of the Treasury Carlelyou, by
Surgeon-Ceneral Waller Wyman of the
Public Health Service on the United
Stales.
The report is the result of an Investi-
gation ordered by President Roosevelt
and eondueted by Federal experts under
the dli'eeIton of Prof. M. J. nose -nate
oI the hygienic Laboratory. IL is one
of the most thorough studies of the milk
problem yet produced.
