May 20.b. A goad representation of
the members were present. Some of
the officials were absent through poor
health. Mre. W. J, Proctor, Pres.
presided throughout. After the ()inn-
ing exercises and the preliminary
business had been dispensed with, the
financial statement of the closing year'
was read by the Treasurer, showing
the expenditure had been $28, a balance
of $10 02 in the hands of the treasurer.
After the report had been examined
by the auditors, Mrs, Wilkinson and
Mt's. Clegg, found correct and signed,
the report was passed by the meeting.
The branch being de4irous of showing
their approval of their official staff re-
elected Mrs. Will Proctor, Pres., and
Mrs, W. H, Ferguson who has been
secretary treasurer since the branch
was organized was also re-elected,
