Has Found .a Remedy.
Exports declare that the reason
stomach disorders aro so commonin
this country is due to hasty and care-
less hab is of eating, Stomach
troubles and run-down 4onditione
usually go together.
John. W. Skillen of Sidney, Ohio,
says: "1 had a bed stomach trouble
for years, and became so weak that
I could hardly wane or do any work,
My appetite was poor, and it seemed.
impossible to get any relief. Since

provement in my health, nay digestion
is much stronger, and, I have gained

WinoI.". . . .
Vinol makes weak (stomachs) strong
because it strengthens and tones up
the weakened, tired and overtaxed
nerves of the digestive organs. Vino'
is easily assimilated by the weakest
stomachs, and is delicious to the taste.
Try a bottle .of Vinol with the un-
derstanding
nderstanding that your money will be
returaed if it does not help you.

o'clock, when their eldest daughter,

in the presence of about fifty guests,
The bride was given away by her fall:.

by Master livered Carson, of Gorrie,
cousin of the bride. The beautiful
young bride was gowned in old rose
silk, with guipre lace and inser-

bridal roses, lilies of the valley and
maiden hair ferns. Both parties were
unattended. The bride's travelling
suit was of navy blue serge. After

Too following verses requested by ti

tiiurut enshrined le all hearts native
to tivi Wit of Erin's Isle,. The poem,
which is by an unknown author, ap-
peared In rouse of the magazines about
forty yenta ago.
It was in toe early morning
Or life, and of hope to me,
That I rat on a grassy hillside
Of the Isle beyond • the sea ;
Erin's skies of changeful beauty
Wee bending over me,
Ube lark In the blue above me,
A tiny speck in the sky.
Rained down from his bosom's fullness
A shower of inelody;
Drooping through golden sunlight
And t ippling sweetly by.
Afar in the sunny distance,
O'er the river's further brim,
Like la stern old Norman warder
Stood the castle quaint and grim,,
And nearer, a grassy ruin
Whose an older name grew dim,
[ knew that the balmy gladness
Was brooding from sea to sea,
But I felt a note of sadness
Sobering a youthful glee;
For the love of my mother Erin
Was stirring strong in me.
Oh Erin 1 my mother Erin 1
Land of the tearful emile 1
Hearts that feel and hands of helping
Are thy children's blessed Isle !
rhe stranger is stranger no longer
That rests on thy breast awhile,
135 they Saxon, Dane, or Norman,
That step on thy kindly shore,
He who seta his foot on thy daisies
IS kinder for evermore ;
For thy "Caed mille Failthe"
Thrills to his bosom's core.
Bat Erin, never contented,)
Struggles again and again,
As proud and free-born captives
Strive with the conqueror's chain,
That, if ever it snaps asunder,
Is riveted firmer again.
I have waited, watched for the blessing
Promised so long ago,
h have looked for the brilliant future
The end of the long -drawn woe ;
But my hopes, with my years, Time
the reaper
Hath laughingly laid them low,
Oh Erin ! my mother Erin !
Will to be repeat what has been ?
Will your sons ever "shoulder to
shoulder"
Be strong and united seen?
Will ever the foreign lilies
Blend with the nation's green ?
[n other lands the peoples,
Forgetting ancient wrong,
Have blended and fused, becoming,
Because of their union, strong;
Leaving old fueds and battles
As themes for romance and song.
From party's Promethean vultare
When wilt thou get release?
When will the strife of races,
Strife of religions cease?
And the hearts of thy loving children
Mingle and be at peace ?
