A lovely lawn wedding was
hold at Underwood, Ontario, on
July 27 when Beryl Elsie Drager,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Clarence Drager, RR 2, Mitchell,
and Richard Joseph Wall, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Grant Wall,
Wingham, were united in
marriage at the home of the
groom's sister and brother-in-
law, Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Ribey.
Rev. John Reeb of Wesley United
Church performed the ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage
by her parents, chose a floor -
length gown of white crystalette
crepe. The scoop neckline
featured an all-around lace -
edged flounce forming a cape
over the sleeveless shoulders.
The empire waistline tapered to
two lace -edged flounces at each
side of the full skirt. Her tiered
cathedral veil fell from a Juliet
headpiece and she carried a
cascade of pale shrimp
honor and Mrs. Bill Wall of
Wingham, sister-in-law of the
groom, was her bridesmaid. The
attendants wore identical floor -
length gowns of pale shrimp
jersey with scoop necklines
featuring wide flounces ex-
tending to capes over the
shoulders to the back waistlines.
Knife -pleated skirts fell from the
empire waistlines. They wore
chokers of velvet matching the
color of the gowns and adorned
with single roses and carried
round bouquets of matching
roses, daisies, forget-me-not and
ivy.
The groom chose a three-piece
white tuxedo with. swallowtail
coat and vest. His attendants,
Brian Wall of Wingham, cousin of
the groom, as best man and Bill
Wall, Wingham, as usher, wore
three-piece tuxedos with white
trousers, black jackets and black
velvet vests.

Following the wedding
ceremony the couple was
edcorted by horse and buggy to a
reception at the Underwood
Community Centre. Honored
guests were Mrs. Abbie
McKague of Teeswater, Elmer
Ribey of Underwood and Murray
Carter, Olds„Alberta.
For their honeymoon to
Niagara Falls and Toronto, the
bride chose a dress of pale green
jersey with white accessories and
a corsage of white roses. The
couple will reside in Kitchener.

Kitchener, Kincardine, Teeswat-
er, King City, London, Hamilton,
Underwood, Port Elgin, Toronto,
Point Clark, Wingham and Olds,
Alberta.
