ROCKY'S RAIDERS took season honors in the Sr. Junior,
and Senior division of the YBC. The team is made up of
Terry Hoy, Jeff Jackson, Jim Taylor, Murray Devos and
Brent Day.
Brownie Corner
Jennifer Hunter did her
Nature. Group A planned a
meeting for the following Mon-
day; Groups B and C learned the
points of the compass and Group
D practised setting the table and
discussed how to wash dishes and
tidy up.
During Pow Wow the Brownies
were told about a Brownie camp.
They also discussed selling
cookies. Guides and Brownies
will be out selling cookies for one
dollar a box. They appreciate any
support given to this project.
The Brownies are desperate for
helpers when they begin in
September. If there is anyone
who could help out they would be
grateful. If interested please call
Mrs. N. T. Anderson at 357-1105.
HIGH AVERAGE—Winning the trophies for high averages
in season YBC bowling were (front to back) Michael
Cameron, 138, and Brenda Thompson, 139, for the Bantams;
Robbie Willis, 141, and Kim Rae, 146, for the Juniors;
Stephen Gaunt, 167, and Kim McGregor, 155, for fhe $r.
Juniors; and Greg Storey, 217, and Kerry Thompson, IS&
for the Seniors. ,

Taylor, Brenda Thompson apd Jennifer Watcher.
MOST IMPROVED bowlers in their divisions In the YBC
this year were Bantam Julie Cameron, up 21, Sr. Junior
Paula Strong, up 24, Senior Daryl Holmes, up 34, and Junior
Donald McLean, up 24.
PLAYOFF HIGH SINGLES were bowled by Junior David
Willis, 199, Senior Terry Hoy, 235, Sr. Junior Byron
Thompson, 212. and Bantam Murray Skinn, 163.
