In Wingham
There were a few minor ac-
cidents in Wingbam in the last
week, Police Chief Robert Wittig
reported Tuesday.
About $1,800 damage was done
Sunday when a vehicle driven by
Douglas Foxton, Catherine
Street, Wingham collided with a
vehicle driven by Louis J.
Greidanus of Londesboro.
An accident last Tbursday on
Catherine Street resulted in
about $1,500 damage. Vehicles
driven by Herbert Garniss of RR
4, Wingham and John Hicks of 30
Centre St. collided.
The marked Wingham Police
Department cruiser received
about $100 damage last week. Mr.
Wittig reported he backed into
one of two posts outside the police
office, causing about $100
damage to the cruiser.
