SALE BY TENDER
The undersigned Receiver and Manager of Tri -Village Manufacturing
Ltd. of Wroxeter, Ontario, invites tenders for the purchase of the
Receiver's interest in the following assets:
PARCEL NO. 1
Commercial Property - Approximately 5,000 square feet situated
on 31/2 acres in Turnberry Township just off Highway 86 west
of Listowel on Township Road No. 12 to Wroxeter.
Steel building 125' x 40' fully insulated, heated, septic tank,
220 volt hydro.
Ideal for light manufacturing.
CONDITIONS: -
1. Tenders must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque payable to
the undersigned for 15% of the amount of tender as deposit, which
deposit will be returned if the tender is not accepted, and forfeited to
the undersigned as liquidated damages if the tender is accepted and
the sole not completed by the purchaser.
2. Only sealed tenders marked "TENDER -TRI VILLAGE MANUFAC-
TURING" will be accepted.
3. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
4. Tenders will be accepted on the basis that the purchaser has
Inspected the assets described and no warranty is expressed or can be
Implied as to description, condition, quantity or in any manner what-
soever.
3. Tenders may not be withdrawn before receiving the considera-
tion of the Receiver Manager who shall reserve the right to waive any
of the conditions herein.
6. Appl. cable taxes are to be poiQl by the purchaser.

Tenders will be opened at a meeting to be held at the office of the
Receiver Manager, 151 Frederick St., Kitchener, Ontario, on Thursday,
February 15th, 1979 at 12:00 o'clock noon. Any person submitting a
tender is invited to attend the opening of fenders.
