This game had more penalties than most games between these teams as the referee in charge seemed to have "Elbowing" on the end of his tongue all night ... and he kept calling them despite a real roasting from a rather boisterous fan in the corner. Poor time- keeper Terry Merklo must have felt like a student sentenced to write in repetition, several times over the word Elbowing. Three stars were Mark Chit - holm, John Henderson and Mur- ray Black. Mark's first goal got the Ironmen on the move and he played a strong game at the blue - line and had a r—noir of Is. Tnhn -- - ,y -_— Henderson skated all night; he was always on the puck and was rewarded for his untiring effort with three big goals and an assist. Murray Black toiled hard all night and certainly broke up play after play with his strong back - checking. A good crowd on hand, and as the Ironmen dish up good playoff hockey we notice in the crowd a good following from Bluevale, VIInCiginvc, orii]ivEY, Liiiuwrw, Brussels and Teeswatex. Yes this team certairily has the whole area out giving vocal support and enjoying good playoff hockey. 0 A Hk x;- ? son., id an, "Wed .Ice bu' norma t mchem the btv
