of a bright, athletic 17 -year-old boy who suddenly becomes
ill and eventually requires a heart transplant, and the af-
fect of this ordeal on him and his close-knit family.
WEDNESDAY, 8:00 P.M. -"THE SCARLET AND THE
BLACK". Stars Gregory Peck, Christopher Plummer and
John Gielgud. A suspense drama based on a true story,
chronicling the courageous and clandestine efforts of Mon-
signor Hugh O'Flaherty, an official of the Vatican's Holy
Office who died in 1963, conceal thousands of allied POW
escapees in German-occupied Rome during WW II. Filmed
entirely on location in Rome.

spaceship lands on a desolate looking planet, stranding

Starring William Conrad, Susan Howard, John Saxon.
Three daughters of a local hillbilly moonshiner sets out to
avenge their father's death. They choose canning over kill-
ing and outwit the men at their own destructive game.
FRIDAY, 11:00 P.M. -"ONE HUNDRED _RIFLES"..Star-
ring Jim Brown, Raquel Welch, Burt Reynolds. An Indian
bank robber and an American negro lawman join up with a
female Mexican revolutionary to help save Mexican In-
dians from annihilation by a despotic military governor.

the shape of the remarkable Debbie Harry and five New
York musicians, they were probably the most successful
American group in Europe. Number one singles and clips
from their last European tour are featured.
SATURDAY, 1:50 -"THE BOOMTOWN RATS". A six -piece
band from Dublin, the Boomtown Rats rose to fame in 1977
as part of the New Wave phenonema. Visually dynamic
and playing their best songs the Rats show they are one of
the best acts to emerge in the past two years.
SUNDAY, 4:00 P.M. -"RUN WILD, RUN FREE". Starring
John Mills, Mark Lester, Sylvia Sims, Gordon Jackson. A
mute 10 -year-old boy is taught by a retired Army Colonel
about nature and a white colt that runs wild on Dartmoor.
His speech returns when his beloved colt is in danger.
SUNDAY, 8:00 P.M. -"BORN AGAIN". Starring Dean
'''Jones, Anne Francis, Dana Andrews. Story of an ambitious
attorney who is summoned to the White House by President
Nixon as a special counsel. When the Watergate scandal
was exposed, he found solace for his guilt -ridden con-
science in a spiritual rebirth.
SUNDAY MIDNIGHT-"BIGFOOT - MAN OR BEAST?".
In the depths of the vast forests of the Pacific Northwest
lives the legend of a great manlike creature. This is the def-
initive examination of this man -monster.

er Stallone, Lee Canalito, Anne Archer. Depicts the story
of three Italian brothers from New York's Hell's
Kitchen to get rich and move uptown out'of the slums by
means of professional wrestling.
WEDNESDAY, 11:00 P.M. -"ALEX AND THE GYPSY".
Starring Jack Lemmon, Genevieve Bujold, James Wood.
An aging bondsman, who once had an affair with a gypsy
stands bail for her when she is accused of stabbing her hus-
band even though he feels she will skip out on him.
