Mrs. J. McInnes
dies in hospital
after illness
Following a long and
suffering illn�ss as a result
of a severe stroke, Mrs. John
Daniel McInnes Sr. of
Wingham was granted
release when she entered
into. rest Wednesday,
October 14, at Wingham and
District" Hospital.. She was in
her 83rd Year.
The former Janie Ellen
Malloy, ' she was born in
Shallow Lake on October 15,
1898, a daughter of the late
John Malloy and Moretta
McKague. She married Mr.
McInnes on March 1-7, 1927.
She was a merhber of the
Presbyterian Church.
Left to mourn her passing,
besides her husband, are
three sons, John Daniel Jr, of
Wingham, George of
Lucknow and Robert of
Brampton. There are ten
grandchildren and one
sister, Mrs. Nettie Winters.
Goderich. She was pre-
deceased by one grandchild
and two sisters, Sadie Mc-
Minn and Lavina Griffin.
The late Mrs. McInnes
rested at the MacPherson
Memorial Chapel, Tees -
water, where service was
conducted October 16 at 3:30
by Rev. Gerald Thompson,
Interment followed in Lang -
side Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Wesley

Carman Whytock, William
McPherson, Ray Stanley and
Allison Hodgins.
