Oliver McCharles and Marion McCharles, inclusive of
all buildings, situate in the Township of Ashfield, in the
County of Huron, .and being the East one-half of Lot 5
and the Northwest one-quarter of Lot 4, Concession 14,
Western Division, in the said Township, comprising 150
acres more or Tess, 130 acres workable and well
drained, 16 acres well managed hardwood bush,
together with house, 48 x 56 foot barn, 32 x 48 foot
driving shed, small pig barn and 2 sheds and 4 acre
farm pond. Highway 86 location.
Tenders should be accompanied by a deposit by
certified cheque of 10% of the tender price, with the
balance due on closing. Cheques to be made payable
