He grew up in Montreal and following service in the RCAF, he attended McGill University, graduating in 1948 with a Bachelor of. Science degree in Mathe- matics and Physics. He became a Canadian , citizen in 1952 and moved to Burlington in 1953. He was employed by Westinghouse (Hamilton) for 23 years in the electronics division. In 1973, the Richards .family purchased a farm in Grey Township and have been farming there fulltime since 1975. Mr. Richards was a drummer with the Brussels Legion Pipe Band and was also the drum instructor. He attended Brussels United Chnrch, was a member of the' Board of Stewards from ,1977 to 1979 and taught the 'senior Sunday •School classes. Elva Mae, Warwick of RR 5, Brussels, passed'away in Wingham and 7 District Hospital on Friday, November 28, in her 79th year. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Warwick and Sara Armstrong. Elva was born on the third concession of MorriS. Township where she lived all her life. She was a member of Bluevale Presbyterian Church. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Edythe, and three grandehildren. She was predeceased by a son, Wilfred, and two brothers, John and Charles of Morris Township. The late Elva Warwick rested at the Brussels Chapel of M. L. Watts Funeral Homes. Complete funeral and committal service was conducted Sunday at two o'clock with Terry Trites officiating. Pallbearers were Frank Garniss, Robert Fraser, Walter Sellers, Earl Sellers, Ed Schwartzentruber and Glen Bone. Thank you, Charlie and Mossie Jones Mrs. Cora McGill dies in hospital Following a brief illness, Mrs. Cora May McGill of Belgrave passed away Sunday, November 30, at Wingham and District Hospital. She was in her 95th year. Born in Marnoch, Mrs. McGill was the former Cora May Williamson, a daughter of the late James and Mary Jane Williamson. She received her elementary education at the Stone School, Morris Township, and married Mr. McGill in Belgrave in 1910. He prededeased her in 1949. Mrs. McGill was a member of Belgrave Anglican Church, Belgrave Women's Institute and the Brussels Rebekah Lodge. She was predeceased by one sister and five brcithers. The late Mrs. Cora McGill rested at The Currie -Walker Funeral Home, Wingham, where complete funeral and. committal service was conducted Wednesday at two' o'clock by Rev. J. T. M.
