team whipped Walton 34-6

Belgrave 16-13. Brussels
downed the Bantam Girls 20-
16 but Belmore defeated
Blyth 27-10. The Midget Girls
were victorious last week as
they dumped Howick 36-2.1,
Belgrave 25-12 and Winthrop
17-13. The Squirt Boys were
defeated 13-6 by Winthrop.

for Lawrence -Inglis vows

marriage vows July 5 in a
quiet family ceremony
solemnized at the home Of
David and Doris Inglis,
. Kingham. Miss Wilena
Brown officiated and was
assisted by Robert Perry.
Tom and Ann Inglis were
witnesses.
• The bride is the daughter
of Florence and John Inglis
of Victoria, British Colum-
bia, and RR 1, tuckhow
(sutnmers). Parents of the
;groom are Mr. and, Mrs...,
John Lawrence, Toronto.
The bride wore a floor -
length gown of whitg
polyester with lace -trimmed
bodice and sleeves and at-
tached train. She wore a
white bowler hat and carried
a sheaf of red roses. ,
Her only attendant was
flower girl Miss Pauline
Stewart, cousin of the bride,
of Blyth. She wore a pink and
white sheer dress and
carried a basket of roses and
a white velvet cushion
containing 1 the wedding
rings.
Following the ceremony a
pork barbecue was held at
her father's residence west ,
of Whitechurch, The bride's
mother received guests and
chose a dress of printed
yellow sheer with a yellow
and orange corsage. The
groom's mother chose
cognac brown polyester with
a yellow corsage.
For travelling to southern
Ontario, the bride wore a
grey sheer dress with a pink
rose corsage. Mr. and Mrs.
Lawrence will reside in
Toronto.
Guelts attended the
wedding from Toronto,
Earlton, Goderich, Blyth.
Lucknow and district.
Saturday afternoon .in the
Teeswater Sacred Heart
Church.
Mr. and Mrs. Brian Edgar
of Brigden also attended this
wedding and were overnight
guests of Mr. and Mrs. Char-
les Johnston of Blyth.
