The enrolment fees will be paid one-third by the pro- ducer and two-thirds by the government. The sow-weaner plan is based on eight market hogs per sow in each six-month period. Producers will receive the difference between 90 and 95 per cent of the average price for market hogs over the preceding five-year period, with an adjustment made to reflect cash costs.
