The Wingham Recreation
Department would like to
announce it will be sponsoring
an appearance by the famous
Martin and Duns Circus on
Friday, June 6, with per-
formances at 6:00 and 8:00
p.m. in the Josephine Street
ball park.
The circus presents one of
the finest old-fashioned cir-
cuses under the big top, rain
or shine. The performance
will feature the famous Royal
Liberty Horses, trained
ponies, mules, goats, llamas,
educated canines, jugglers,
acrobats, aerialists, comic
clowns and, of course, the
circus elephant.

BELMORE SUGAR. KUTIES won both the Intermediate Ladles'
championship and the Grand Championship this season, downing St.
Marys and Tiverton. This is the third time in six, years the team has
won the Grand ChampiOnship, and the ladies also were -the consolation
champs at the I Iderton.hockey tournament. In the back row are Twyla
