PENNINGTON — Passed away at Wingham and District Hospital on Mon- day, April 21, Mrs. Carl Pennington of Alfred Street, Wingham, formerly of Culross Township. The former Vera Strong of Howick Township, she was predeceased by her husband and two brothers. She is survived by four sons, George of Carrick Town- ship, Everett of Teeswater, Ray and Roy, both of Culross Township; two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Edith) - Schmidt of Palmerston and Mrs. George (Irene) Hayden, Howick Township. There ' are 19 grandchildren; one great grandchild and one brother, Roy Strong of Gerrie. The late Mrs. Pennington is resting at the MacPherson Funeral Chapel, Teeswater, where service will bit held tomorrow (Thursday) at 2:30. Interment will follow in Teeswater Cemetery.
