She was daughter of the late Mr. a d Mrs. Wesley Attwood- to mourn are her husband, James Showers of Wiarton; one son, Carl of Sarnia ; three daughters, Mrs. Gordon (Christine) Maxwell of Waterloo, Mrs. Bill (Helen) Eyres, Wiarton, and Mrs. ,,° Bill (Betty) Caudle, Sarnia; also one brother, ' George Attwood of Victoria, B.0-; and two sisters, Florence of British Columbia ,and Mrs. John (Margaret). DARBY—On Saturday, April 5, at the home of . her daughter, Minnie Trevena Darby, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Walker, passed away in her 85th year. Born in Turnberry Township, Mrs. Darby lived many years in Toronto and for a time in Wingham before moving to California a few years:ago, She• is survived by her daughter, Trevena, Mrs. Robert Walker, Van Nuys, California; two grand- ' children; 'eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; two brothers; Gordon Walker of Wingham ''and Norman Walker, Stratford; two sisters, Mrs. Catherine• 'McMichael, Mariposa, California, and Mrs. Reta - McLennan, RR 2, Bluevale. Her husband, Ray, two sisters and a brother predeceased her. Following cremation, interment will be in Toronto.
