Council ;Siva its 'apprroval tc :
two applications for
severances which came
before it at the April meeting
last Week.
The first severance, for
Jaynes and Edythe Coultes,
proposes to separate two 100 -
acre farms on Con. 10, Lot 37.
The second, for Alan
McBurney, proposes to sever
a 214 -acre lot from ..:the
remainder of the farms on Con.
10, Lot 34. Mr. McBurney
intends to retain the lot and
sell the rest of the farm.
Council approved this
severance application since it
felt the lot being severed is not
prime farm land, • however
Councillor Ralph Campbell
declared a possible conflict of
interest and did not vote on it.
Both severance applications
now go to the county land
