Wingham met Port Elgin in

4-2. Wingham ,toolt an early
lead when Quinn O'Donohue
deflected Paul Robinson's
slap shot past a surprized Port
Elgin goal tender. Doug
McFarlan also drew an assist.
Robert lieedham scored his
first goal of the season taking
a pass from Billy Cameron
and blasting a shot past the
goalie.
Port Elgin drew within one
goal before O'Donohue not-
ched his second goal of the
game on a picture play,
assisted by Jeff Cameron and
McFarlan.
The second period ended on
a Port Elgin goal with 19
seconds reinaining.
Paul Robinson scored
Wingharn's fourth and final
goal at 7:46 of the third period,
unassisted. Final score,
Wingham, 4 and Port Elgin, 2.

The Wirigham Legion Pee-
Wees wrapped up their best -
of -three playoff series against
Durham last Tuesday with a 4-
2 victory in the Durham
Arena.
They now play off against
Wiarton in a series which
started last night.
In the opening game of the
series Wingham won an easy
8-4' victory at Durham. Quinn
O'Donohue opened the scoring
in the first period, assisted by
Paul Robinson and Jason
Goodall. An unassisted goal by
Doug McFarlan made it 2-0 for
Wingham and Billy Cameron

The Wingham Legion Pee-
Wees downed Blyth 7-4 in an
exhibition game played here
last Thursday.
Wingham took an early 2-0
lead on goals by Doug Mc-
Farlan and Quinn O'Donohue,
with each assisting on the
other's goal. Blyth , drew to
within one goal before Mc-
Farlan notched his second of
the game, assisted by
O'Donoinie and Jeff Cameron,
Paul Robinson increased
WIWI= 's lead to 4-1 with an
unassisted goal at 4,50 of ,the
second pei od. Blyth then
scored 'o bring the score to 4-

goals in 31 seconds put the
game away for Wingham.
Dwayne Jenkins assisted on
the first goal and Paul
Robinson on the second,
McFarlan earned his hat
trick on a solo effort at 7:12 of
the third period. Blyth scored
twice more in the period to
make the final score 7-4. ,

a late addition to the PeeWees,

.corps. He is showing a lot of
natural talent and likes to mix

in the last minute of play to
make the score 4-2, giving
