Sunday visitors with Mr. and
Mrs. Gary Rintoul and Kevin
were Mrs. Rintoules parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Joe Corey of Clinton,
and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dewan and
Tabetha of Elora: Mrs. Dewan
and Mrs. Rintoul are cousins.
Earl Wilken was admitted to
the Wingham and District
Hospital on Thursday. The
community wishes hiai a speedy
recovery.
It is also hoped that George
Webster, who is a patient in
University Hospital, London, will
soon Ire well and h hnie.
Bill Versteeg of this area was
taken one week ago Saturday to
the Wingham and District
Hospital where that evening he
underwent surgery for a rup-
tured appendix. He is doing well
and expects to be home fairly
soon.
Rev. and Mrs. John Bell were
visitors Friday -with student
minister Keith Humphrey, Mrs.
Humphrey and their family of
Bluevale.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Evans of
Hamilton were Sunday visitors
with his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Bill Evans.
Whitechurch friends are
pleased that ChaFlie Leaver
was
able to return to Cosy Cottage
Nursing Home from the
Wingham Hospital on Friday.
Mrs: Walter Elliott and Mrs.
Ivan Laidlaw will attend Ji 4-H
training school for leaders of the
course, "Your Corner of the
World", at Teeswater on
Tuesday and Thursday of next
week. Any girl of the community
who will be 12 by March 1 may
attend but should let one of the
leaders know, either Mrs. Elliott
or Mrs. Laidlaw, so they will
know 'the amount of material to
order for the group,
