Katharine Procter relating to:
humbling yourself as a 'child in
order to become great; Jesus and
the children and the Wise Men
with their gifts.
The envelope contributions are
sent to maintain the 'school's
adopted foster child, I Wayan
Sinta of Bali, Indonesia, who is
now eight years old and in Grade
three at school. He has been the
Sunday School's adopted son for
three years. The annual cost is

velopes were collected in two
small white baskets by Gary Mc-

The first story sy given by
Mrs. Ross Anderson,, who told of
the hardships - enduri_ in the
1850's by the Englisk children:
who were forced .t6 91#boor in
mines or cotton .rni1ls. Adverse•
conditions caused children to.
steal food and hide in boxes or
barrels for shelter; until Rev.
Thomas Stevenson, appalled, by
the filth, beatings and deaths .01
children, began The Children's
Home which housed and cared.
for needy boys.
A second story related by MrSll
John McIntosh, "Let The Chil-
dren Come", described a home in
southern Alberta which adopts
children from Cambodia,
Colombia and India. There are 27
in the family to date. When God
sends more money the number
will increase.
