George Grigg is a patient in Wingham and District, Hospital. His many friends in the com- munity wish him a speedy re- covery. Mrs. Gordon Rintoul was able to return honie last week from University Hospital, London. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Snowden and Billie Jr. of Goderich were Sun- day visitors with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Tiffin. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Gaunt and baby Jennifer of Chatham spent a few days last week with . her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Purdon, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Gaunt of Wingham. Mr. and Mrs. Carl McClenag- han on Friday took his mother, Mrs. Ben McClenaghan, " to visit at Plattsville with her daughter, Mrs. Harry Moss, and Mr. Moss. Mr. and Mrs. Carl McClenaghan visited with Mr. and Mrs. Paul Geiger of Kitchener. Hugh Sinnamon attended a weekend ukelele seminar at Toronto in connection with school work. Whitechurch Community Hall 1 Board met in the hall Monday evening to make vplans for their old-time dance coming up on November 25. Whitechurch play, "The Wacky Widow", is scheduled to go to Ripley November 25.
