ALMOST READY to hit the ice, Ryan Deyell checks out
the action as his mother, Mrs. Tom Deyell, puts the finish-
ing touches on his skates. Much of the thrillof skating was
lost on Ryan, however, and it wasn't long before he was
back in the security of his rubber boots. A Moms and Tots
learn to skate program at the Wingham arena gives the
young generation a chance to learn while the ice is not
crowded.
