Roberts and accompanied by Miss Alison Roberts, provided special music at the Wingham United Church Anniversary ser- vice, on Sunday evening. The special speaker was the Rev. Dr. George M. Morrison of Timothy Eaton Memorial United Church, Toronto. During the service Rev. John Roberts and Bob Stoner sang a duet accompanied by Ali- son Roberts. Trisha Taylor, daughter of Doris and Jim Taylor was taken by ambulance to War Memorial Hospital, London on Friday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hanna, Mr. and Mrs. Simon Hallahan, Mr. and Mrs. William Elston, Mr. and Mrs. William McArter at- tended the Huron County Road Superintendent Association Ban- quet in Brussels Legion Hall on Wednesday October 26. About 110 people attended and were enter- tained by Earl and Martha Hey- wood. Mrs. Cliff Logan, Mr. and Mrs. George McGee and Marlene visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Logan and family of Wyoming and attended the baptism of Trevor Darryl in the Wyoming United Church on Sunday morn- ing. Mrs. Laura Johnston, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Yuill and Camer- on visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. George Johnston and Tara of Ilderton. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Riley of Dungannon entertained mem- bers of her family in honour of her parents, Mr, and Mrs. Wil - Liam Black, on their 35th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hibberd attended the fowl supper in Ford- wich United Church on Wednes- day and visited with Mr. and Mrs. Warren Zurbrigg in Harriston Wednesday evening and Thurs- day. Mrs. Norman Cook and Mrs. Joe Dunbar visited in Stratford on Saturday and attended a shower for Mrs. Kae Luckhardt (Dunbar) in the Noretta Motel. They also called on Mr::and Mrs. James Ryan of Seaforth. St; John Ambulance suggests that all lamp, sockets should have bulbs in them as a precaution against electric shock. Unused outlets should have safety plugs that a child cannot remove. ENJOY LUNCH—Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Mabel Cruickshank and Mrs. Jean Crump enjoyed tea and cake at the Bluevale UCW Tea and Bazaar Friday afternoon.
