. It happened one Saturday.
The boat in which Bert and
Henry were fishing became swamp-
ed. Thc two men tumbled into the
water. The only thing that remained
floating was the boat which the police
found later.
The two men tried to swim to
shore. They never made it.
"When something like this hap-
pens, stay with the boat," said the
investigating officer. "Hold onto it
until you get to shore, or until help
comes. Only a strgng, not easily
panicked swimmer will make it

chances he will aren't that great."
Red Cross is passing on this true
fishing story to you. In the hope, that
if something like this ever happens
while you're fshing, you won't get
caught.
