Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bender and family of Montreal are spending a couple ofjyveeks with the latter's father, Rby Kennedy, and other relatives in the area. Mrs. Doug Wildfang, Paul and Brian of Mississauga visited Sun- day with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sim- mons. Mrs: Eva Harris spent a few days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Les Watkins at Bolton. George Pittetrdreigh was a patient a few days last week in Listowel Memorial Hospital. Mrs. A. B. Lindsay returned to, her home in Toronto over the' weekend after spending a couple of weeks with her sister, Miss' Ruth Johnston. Mrs. Eunice Harris of Saska- toon and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Harris of Regina, Sask., arrived here last week to spend a couple of weeks with relatives and to at- tend the 50th wedding anni- versary of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Simmons, Saturday, Aug. 2? at the Hall in Fordwich. Miss Susan Koenig returned home Saturday from Listowel Memorial Hospital where she underwent a tonsillectomy earlier in the week. Mrs. Clarence. Boonstra and Marguerite returned home last week after spending three weeks with relatives in Holland. Miss Cindy Mulvey of Belmore spent the weekend with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Sothern. Mr. and Mrs. Wray Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Wilson and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Nickel visited Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Wilson in Toronto. Mr. and Mrs, James McArthur and sons Patrick and Daniel re- turned to Richmond on Sunday after holidaying for three weeks at the Duke farm at RR 1, Ford- wich. Mrs. Wilfred King and Mrs. Gordon Edgar are patients in Wingham and District Hospital.
