funds to the Township of Turnberry to provide assistance
to owner -occupants to repair faulty structural and sani-
tary conditions and to upgrade the plumbing, heating
and electrical systems. '
Homeowners are eligible for assistance under the
program by way of forgiveable or low interest repayable
loans or both.
Funds are available to homeowners whose adjusted
family income does not exceed $12,500.
