Peewees win two to
pad winning streak
The Brophy peewees added to
their winning, streak with vic-
tories on the road against Cre-
diton and Dashwood last week.
The win over Crediton was, a
resounding 23-1 thurnping, which
could have been even worse if the
game hadn't been called because
of rain after six innings.
The peewees, shorthanded due
to the holidays, only fielded nine
players for. the contest, but they
proved more than sufficient.
Bill Brophy led the hitting with
a triple and two singles. Steve
Gaunt had a double and two
singles, while Kevin Smith had
two singles and Daryl Holmes
had one. Kevin had a particularly
good game, swinging the bat well
and knocking in a lot of runs.

double in the game, Bill Brophy a
