spending his vacation with his

turned home following a visit
with her son, Harry . Adams,
Goderich.
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Watson,
Walton, visited Sunday with the
latter's sister, Mr. and Mrs.
James Sanderson.
Mr. and Mrs. Dick Allan and
Heather of Toronto were week-
end guests with his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Mac Allan.

THE RECREATION DEPARTMENT held a water safety poster contest during Red
Cross Water Safety Week, June 5 to 11. Winners of the grades 4, 5 and 6 division next to
Jim are Danny Mansell (first place); Judy Hanula (third place) and Tracy Fischer,
(second place). Ansley Currie (right) assisted in the contest. Mr. Ward said all the posters
'were,g,00d and it' was difficult to choose winners.
CONTEST WINNERS -Winners in the water safety poster contest, with the sponsor, Jim
Ward, were Eric McGregor, (second place); Susan Nixon (first place) and Terry Hoy,
(third place). Ansley Currie assisted Mr. Ward. The posters will be displayed throughout
town. The prize for all was a water safety T-shirt.
