aware at first of their unique status, but finally choose to
share their situation and their lives together. Everything
becomes complicated when the trucker starts romancing a
dizzy prostitute on wheel.

SATURDAY, 8:00 P.M. -"THE FURY". Starring Kirk
Douglas, John Cassavetes. A secret government agency is
dedicated to make parapsychology a deadly weapon. To
this end, agents setup a Palestinian terrorist invasion of an
Israeli beach club to assassinate an ex -agent and kidnap
his son, a, 20 -year-old with psychic powers. The father sur-
vives, the son is kidnapped and he sets out to find him.
SATURDAY MIDNIGHT -"CALIFORNIA SUITE". Stars
Maggie Smith, Michael Caine. Four separate stories that
' take place at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Cali-
fornia. A divorcee is in California to discuss with her ex-
husband the custody of their teenage daughter. A British
actress nominee and her antique dealer husband are there
for the Academy Awards. A family man is there to attend
his nephew's Bar Mitzvah and two black couples are there
vacationing together.
, SATURDAY, 2:00 A.M.-"THE LAST ANGRY MAN". Stars
Pat Hingle, Lynn Carlin. Crusty, boisterous, dedicated
doctor practising in a tough sectiei. of Brooklyn in 1936
fights to save the life of a troubled teenage boy, one of the
hoodlums who pushed the doctor into making plans to leave
• his old neighborhood.
MONDAY, 9:00 P.M. -"VALLEY OF THE DOLLS":. Star-
ring Lisa Hartman, Catherine Hicks. Parts 1 and 2. This
made for TV romantic drama deals with the insecurities,
career successes and roller coaster love affairs of three
very different young women embroiled in the entertain-
ment industry.

EARLY DAYS". Starring William Katt, Tom Berenger. A
sequel to the hit movie "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance

Burt Lancaster, Susan Sarandon. A romantic offbeat melo-
grama that is brimming with interesting and colorful

this resort city.
WEDNESDAY MIDNIGHT --"BUTCH CASSIDY & THE
SUNDANCE KID". Starring Robert Redford, Paul New-
man. A couple of legendary outlaws at the turn of the cen-

tury take it on the lam with a beautiful, willing ex -school
teacher who becomes a sort of mutual mistress. They wind
up in Bolivia where the pickings are better and the gunplay
equally exciting:

American fliers shot down over Germany take refuge in
the cellar of a 9onely shopcler who holds them prisoner
for years after World War II h ended.
SUNDAY, 11:30 P.M. -"THE THIEF WHO CAME TQ DIN-
NER". Starring Ryan O'Neal, Jacqueline Bisset, Warren
Oates, Jill Clayburgh. A chess playing computer analyst
chucks the straight life to become a jewel thief.
