counts the story of a scientistwho has isolated himself on a
Pacific island to expand his chromosome research. He has

into semi -humans. Based on novel by H. G. Wells.
TUESDAY, 11:30 P.M.="TWILIGHT'S LAST GLEAM-
ING". Stars Burt Lancaster, Richard Widmark, Charles
Dunning. Four prisoners, including a maverick general,
blithely walk away from death row with all their personal
effects, plus a spectacular turquoise ring and proceed to
take control of a SAC missile base.
WEDNESDAY, .11:45 P.M. -"A SWEETER SONG". Star-
ring Jim Henshaw, Susan' Petrie, Nick Nancuso. An acci-
dent-prone sports photographer tries to win the hand of his
best friend's ex -girl. A romantic drama about identity and
love in modern Canada.

THURSDAY, 12:30 A.M.-"THEY SHALL HAVE MUSIC".
Jascha Heifetz, the worlds greatest volinist, hears a group
of under -privileged children giving a street concert in front
of Carnegie Hall. One of the boys in the group lives at a
struggling music conservatory dedicated to under -privil-
eged but talented children. He manages to bring the great
maestro to the conservatory and save the school from fi-
nancial ruin. Walter Brennar co-stars.
FRIDAY, 12:30 A.M.-"THEY GOT ME COVERED". Bob
Hope stars with Dorothy Lamour in this comedy -thriller.
Hope plays a newsman who is fired from his news syndi-
cate for muffing abig story. Dorothy, the head of a news
bureau office tries to console him and together they at-
tempt to track down certain facts of reported spy activi-
ties.
SATURDAY MIDNIGHT-"McCLOUD: NIGHT OF THE
SHARK". Marshal Sam McCloud and Chief Clifford be-
come involved in a joint effort to fight a move by New
York's mob to infiltrate Australia in "Night of the Shark",
a two hour drama filmed entirely in Australia.
SATURDAY, 2:00 A,M.-"CYNARA". Ronald Colman por-
trays a loving husband who has had a brief, extramarital
love affair and.who must subsequently face his wife's con-
demnation and, hope for forgiveness in this romantic trag-
edy Kay Francis co-stars.
SUNDAY MIDNIGHT -"PARDON US". Laurel and Hardy
are jailed for brewing beer , illegally during Prohibition.
While in prison, they manage to foul up the toughest in-
mate's escape plans.
WEDNESDAY, 12:30 A.M.-"ON A CLEAR DAY, YOU CAN
SEE FOREVER". A young woman, while undergoing hyp-
nosis as a cure for smoking reveals her past "lives" and
reincarnations, much to the amazement of her psychia-
trist. Starring Barbra Streisand, Yves Montand, Bob New-
hart, Jack Nicholson.
