Mortgagee offers for sale by public tender cer-
tain lands and premises'described as follows: -
Lots 12 and 13, Concession 6, Township of
Turnberry, County of Huron, Province of -On-
tario, containing 200 acres of land more or
less, subject to .an Easement in favour of the
Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario
registered as Instrument No. 11022, with ap-
proximately 1 50 acres workable land and the
