Tenders must be received at the office of

Ontarid; NOG 2W0 on or before the 23rd day
of March 1984, no later than 3:00 p.m.
Before making a tender, those interested
should ascertain that the property can be used
and occupied for the purposes intended in ac-
cordance with Provincial legislation and
Municipal regulations. '
The highest or any tender will not necessarily
be accepted and the Mortgagee can request
new tenders after the above mentioned date if
deemed necesary.
