Josling said that the tree house complainant was concerned about someone getting hurt. He noted that the tree appears to be on township property. Councillor Kevin Pletch noted that if it's the township's tree then maybe they could get the children to stop building the tree house. Deputy reeve Keith Johnston said that if the tree is on township property, the township would be responsible if someone got hurt. Josling said he would try to talk to the children, or their parents, and let them know about the town- ship's concern.
