This special occasion took place at the home of the bride's parents, with the Reverend Stuart McEntyre of the Port Perry Presbyterian Church officiating. The bride is the daughter of Ted and Lois Surridge of Whitby and the groom is the son of James Shearer of Bobcaygeon and Barb Stacey of Coburg. A beautiful reception was held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43, in Oshawa. The happy couple honeymooned in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Trina is the granddaughter of Frank and Vida Eckenswiller.
