As the association's second larg- est fund-raiser, money from this _event has been used for items not otherwise covered by an operating budget. Such items could include medical aids and equipment. The money can also be accessed by participants for rare opportuni- ties such as special events and va- cations that they would not be able to afford on their own. The money is intended to be used for items that will improve a person's quality of life in some ' way. The association feels it is im- portant to continue to make such funds available, so they hope to see as many people as possible on June 2.
