Lucknow Lancers clinched sec-
ond place in the WOAA Senior '
Hockey League standings, folloiX
ing a pair of victories on the week-
end.
The Lancers overcame a 2-0
first period deficit Sunday after-
noon as they went on to score a 9-
4 decision over the Dundalk Fly-
ers. On Friday, the Lancers
jumped out to an 8-0 first period
lead as they pommelled the Tiver-
ton Thunder 14-3.

The Wingham Optimist Atoms
scored a 10-4 decision over Dur-
ham, Sunday afternoon, to take a
one game lead in the best three of
five OMHA Atom 'CC' play -
downs.

sist. Craig Marks contributed three
goals and one assist to the win.
Matt Dinning added e single mark-
er in the game played at the Lock -
