Nick Henderson posted the shut out on Saturday as Wingham blanked Lucknow 7-0. Brittany Campbell tallied three goals for Wingham with Jason Thompson getting one goal and three assists. Evan Zinn and Adam MacDonald had one goal and one assist each with Matt Rozendal netting a single goal. John King and Mia Bieman re- ceived two assists each with An- thony Roberts picking up a single helper. In a game played in Ripley on Friday, Thompson scored four goals and added an assist Wing - ham skated to a 9-2 decision. Rozendal had two goals and two assists with Campbell netting - a pair of goals. King contributed a goal and an assist with single help- • ers, being collected by Roberts, MacDonald and Bruce McGrail. Shea Armstrong and Tyson Pol- lock scored for Ripley. MacDonald scored three goals on Jan. 23 as Wingham blanked Lucknow 6-0. Nick Henderson re- corded the shut out. Edgar connected on a play set-up by Love and Coultes, to put Wing - ham back in front 4-3. The Dur- ham club wasn't done yet. Wing - ham's King was called for tripping with 44 seconds left in the game. Seven seconds later, Durham scored the tying goal, forcing the game into overtime. The 10 -minute overtime period didn't resolve anything, so both teams came out of the series open- er with one point. Wingham won the coin toss, so games two and three will be played at the Lockridge Memorial Arena.
