Welch slapped a long, low shot
through the legs of the goalie. At

rebound off a shot by Evers to put

consolation final, only to lose to

them into the consolation rankings.

game when Blair Bienian tapped

- terson evened the score near the
end of the first, -assisted by Mat
Adams. In the second, Patterson
got his second to give Wurgliam a
2-1 lead. Steve Anger and Aaron
Coultes assisted on that one.
Brandon Coultes scored the
insurance marker late in tkie third
period on a set-up from Eric Devell
and Jamie MacKay

per with assists going to Brad
Robinson and Kyle Wheeler.

14:50 mark of the second, Evers
started his trip for a hat trick with
the assist going to Jonathon Lane.
Wingham collected three more
goals in the third. Olson scored
from MacKay and then Evers
scored two in 30 seconds, assisted
by Balzer both times and Marc

Mitchell downed VT -Ingham 6-1. The
Kinsmen Bantams went under to a

than the score would indicate.
Rob Johnston played very well in
net and the defence cleared the
front of the net well and batted
away loose pucks.. But it was one of
those games when the Mitchell
shooters were making perfect shots
that were catching the corner or
batwing off the posts into the net.
Shots on goal were just about equal
with Mitchell getting 37 shots to
Wurgham's 36.
First period action ended with
the teams tied at one.. Wheeler
slammed in the rraismen Bantams'

with a decisive 5-1 romp over the
Foundry Flyers. Scoring_for the
Lumber Kings were Mark Foxton
with time, adding to his league -
leading total and Paul trophy and
Dave Shaw added singles.
Stuffing the muffin for the Flyers
was Brent "Goodyear" Foxton.

Jill Leachman rolled the high sin-
gle in Bantam Girls' bowling Satur-
day morning with a score of 115.
Other "B" League high single
bowlers were Pat Nalmans, Junior
Girls, 140; Tyler Anger, Bantam
Boys, 127; and Mack Baird, Junior
Boys, with 120.
High double scores were bowled
