The Wingham Midget- girls fin-
ished their regular season placing
first overall in the Tri -county
league.
On September 24, Wingharn host-
ed Belmore for the first game in
a best -of -three series defeating
Belmore 14-2.
On October 8, the team travelled
to Belmore for the second, and
which would be the final game,
winning 11-5, and the Tri -county
championship.
The girls also won WOAA
Midget Girls Championship by

Madill. In spite of their efforts, the Madill girls lost to Goderich.

Mount Forest;
Sat., Oct. 28, 1 to 2 p.m., public
skating; 2 to 6 p.m., goaltending
clinic;
Sunday, Oct. 29, 9 a.m. to 12
noon, goaltending clinic and 1 to 3
p.m., public skating.
Please note: public skating will
be hpld every Saturday to 1 to 2
p.iit and every Sunday from 1 to 3
p.m. uiiless posted on the event
sign at the front of the arena.
Parent and tot and adult skating
will start on Nov. 6. Parent and tot
skating is every Tuesday and
Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
and adult skating is Monday, Tues-
