The Corporation of the Township of Turnberry
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Turnberry proposes to pass a by-law pursuant to the Provisions of the
Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1980, Chapter 302, Section 298, and amend-
ments thereto, for stopping up and closing and selling of a portion of
Water Street, lying south of Lot 111 and bordering the Maitland River,
Plan 410, Township of Turnberry County of Huron, more particularly
described as follows;
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Township of Turnberry, in the County of
Huron, and being composed of a part of Water Street, south of Lot 111,
bordering the Maitland River, more particularly described as Part 1 on a
Plan of Survey deposited as Plan 22R-2687 on the 16th day of August,
1989.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Council shall hear any per-
son who claims that his land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law
and who applies to be heard at the regular meeting of Council on
October 17th, 1999. ,
