operating a tractor with narrow
front wheels. The tractor had a flail
mower attached at the rear. The vic-
tim was drivinealbng the conces
sion cutting grass beside the vic-
tim's corn field. The grade was
steep, the front wheel went over
and into a ground hog hole. The
tractor was found upside down
with the left fender across the back

f the victim. ,.
July 14, 1984, age 67. Victim was
scuffling beans in a field. After
completing a section he proceeded
up an incline. It is believed the vic-
tim suffered a heart attack The
tractor rolled backwards and went
over an embankment into a ravine..
The tractor was found on top of the
victim who was lying face down.
Chest area appeared crushed by
tractor seat.
July 18, 1984, age 31. Victim was
backing a farm tractor from private
lane onto the roadway. The right

September 11, 1980, age 16. Vic-
tim allegedly attempting to tinclog
a forage harvester when he appar-,
ently slipped and fell into the ma-.

February 15, 1979, age 80. Victim
fell from upstairs of barn onto ce-
ment floor below. Fractured skull.

a proposed new nursing home for
the Village of Fordwich,At was stat-
ed that Duncan Sangster had
voiced concern about the effects of
such & development on his water
well. The person voicing such a
concern was not Mr. Sangster. It
