ed a Resolution authorizing the

Corporation to apply to the Lieuten-
ant Governor of the Province of On-
tario for the surrender of its Charter
which was granted» by Letters Pat-
ent on -the 16th day of May, 1978, and
that all of its property be distributed
or disposed of to Wingham and Dis-
trict Hospital Foundation (1986), a
Corporation created by LETTERS
PATENT under the Canada Cor-
