During the months of January to
March, there was a "Values, Mu:-
ences and Peers" program going on
at our school. It was taught by Con-
stable Tom Creeden of the town
police force.
Some topics covered in the pro-
gram were: peer pressure, shoplift-
ing and the Young Offenders' Act.
They had a gentleman from the
Bluewater Centre at Goderich as a
guest. He presented some slides
and talked to the students about the
centre. They also had two ladies
from Zehrs who are in charge of
security.
The finale was a box -social lunch,
followed by a skit presented by the
students on the above-mentioned
topics.
Money raised frcim the box lunch
goes toward the VIP trip to
Canada's Wonderland on June 16.
A very special thanks goes out to
Const. Creeden for being in charge
of the proaram and for being so
kind and helpful to the students.
