on tour of the United States in the

approximately 18 months, but has
developed into something far
beyond even its own expectations,
according to manager Linda Stew-
art of RR 5, Lucicnow.
Special Division ministers at
youth rallies for all denominations,
missions, high schools and rock fes-
tivals, and has travelled a far away
as Darien Lake in New York, Sud-
bury, Welland, Hamilton, and
Kitchener, as well as many local,
outreaches.
One of the group's favorite loca-
tions is the Evergreen Youth Out-
reach on Toronto's Yonge Street.
"We have many experiences we
could share, but most of all, we are
thankful for the opportunity to
share from our hearts — through
our music — with young people of
all ages, and from all different walks
of life," Stewart said.
Special Division also performed
at the Bluewater Youth Centre in
Goderich at Christmas time and the
four are looking forward to return-
ing there soon.
Recently, the group received a
gift of money which is to be used to
cover the expenses of finishing its
first recording.
As a result, Special Division
plans to return at the end of June to
Masterview Studios in Ithaca, New
York, to cut eight more songs to
complete the album. The first two
were recorded in March.
The cassettes and CDs will be
ready for distribution in August.
For the recording sessions, the
group is working with Peter Hop -
Per and Fred Cage.
