April shovers hr ng May flow.
ens, what do May flowers bring?
.Answer; Pilgrims.
That is, except at Sacred Heart
School where May flowers also
mean school trips. Everyone has
anxiously awaited the time of year
when classes arrange trips to vari-
ous places of interest.
Both the teachers and pupils
enjoy these outings and this year
will be no exception.
The Kindergarten and Grade 1
classes went to visit Mrs. Martin's
pig farm where they saw new lit-
ters of baby pigs. The students also
sampled "Martin's Famous Pork
and Beans" for lunch that day.
Mrs. Kinahari's Grade 1 class
went to visit a florist's shop and
was introduced to a variety of dif-
ferent plants. They also received
instructions on how to care for their
plants at home and at school.
Last Tuesday, the class toured the
Wingham and District ' Hospital.
They were shown how to put on a
cast And each received their very
"own finger cast.

By watching the market closely

space of six short -weeks.
"But then we gent greedy and

However, they did end ' their
three months with a respectable
$130,427 to top their division and
