holds directors' meeting
The Bruce South District Wom-
en's Institute directors' meeting was
held recently at Tiverton.
The president, Mrs. Russell
McGuire, opened the meeting with
the usual exercises, ronowea L,y d
poem entitled "A Short Course in
Public Relations".
The secretary, Mrs. Cecil
Humphrey, read the 19 minutes
which were approved. The roll call

Housekeeping Week across the province.
IT TAKES TWO --Juanita Hopper and Susan McLean, two hos-
pital laundry employees, prove that four hands are better than two
in folding mounds of hospital linen. Next week is Housekeeping
Week throughout Ontario and the motto is We Keep It Clean".
WE KEEP IT CLEAN is the theme of this year's Housekeeping
Week, to be marked next week across the province, Mary
Houghton, laundry supervisor and Mildred Colley, head of house-
keeping at the local hospital, will be promoting Housekeeping
