tercession, assisted by Mrs. Norman
Fairies. Rev. Brenda Clark, rector -
of St. Stephen's, sang "Only a
' Prayer Away" and "The Lord's
Prayer" by Malotte, accompanied
by Mrs. David Kerley. .

Community and Parks 'Association
held a snowmobile rally and cross-
country skiing on Saturday, March
4.

Winners in the rally were: first,
Margaret lement; second, Bill
D'Arcey; d, Bert Hoffele.
Cross-country skiing winners
were: first, Nellie Allan; second,
Jaret Henhoeffer; third, David
Haasnoot.
The members thank everyone who
helped with, the rally and are
grateful to the .donors of the many
prizes. To conclude activities, a
dance was held at night, with a hot
meal served at midnight.

GORRIE—On the evening of Mrs. Clark closed the business
March 7, St. Stephen's Guild met at meeting with prayer. Mrs. Farrish
the home of Mrs. Janet Hogg. won the,myster9pr*e brought by,

A noon luncheon was planned for
March 30. Members were reminded
of the upcoming Intergenerational
Day at 10:30 Lm. to 1 p.m. on
Wednesday, March 15, in Fordwich
Trinity Church. Each member is
asked to bring a lunch and share in
an interesting time of fellowship. On
April 2, the Guild win hold a service
at the Fordwich Village Nursing
Horne at 2 p.m.
FORDWICH—A -social time was
enjoyed Saturday afternoon .at the
community centre When the Ford-
wich Parks Board sponsored
progressive euchre. Many others
enjoyed a snowmobile rally and
croSsqcountry
Winners of high prizes in euchre
were Mary. Kelley and Freida
